As Executive Recruiting Partner (f/m/d), you act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, owning the attraction and securement of top‑tier executive talent. You translate business strategy into targeted executive search approaches, manage the entire search lifecycle from defining position specifications to conducting in‑depth assessments and negotiating complex offers. You provide data‑driven market intelligence, competitor insights, and compensation guidance to enable informed decision‑making, while ensuring a seamless, high‑touch experience for both senior stakeholders and executive candidates.
