The Office of Campus Housing (OCH) is responsible for student and faculty housing on campus, the sports and recreational facilities, and their related services. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to residents of the university’s student and faculty housing, athletes, and users of the campus sports and recreation facilities.
Responsibilities - Process hostel applications and assign rooms or housing units, including managing waitlists and student appeals for on‑campus accommodation.
- Ensure high quality of rooms/housing units through comprehensive inspections before student check‑in.
- Accurately bill hall fees and other payable items, collect payments, and process timely refunds where applicable.
- Collaborate with colleagues, external vendors, and contractors to monitor status of maintenance and repairs in student hostels.
