About the Role

We are seeking an AI-native Executive Sales Support to become the trusted right hand of the Founder & CEO. This is not a traditional Executive Assistant position—it is a highly strategic sales operations role focused on removing administrative and operational bottlenecks so the CEO can focus on building relationships and closing new business.

You'll play a key role in coordinating deals, managing sales operations, streamlining communications, and leveraging AI tools to maximize efficiency throughout the sales cycle, while collaborating closely with both internal teams and clients as needed.
