Learn more: Executive/ Senior Executive/ Manager (Capability Development) is responsible for providing dedicated project management and capability enhancement coordination for the Home Team Incident Management Simulation System (HTIMSS) development and implementation. This role ensures successful delivery of HTA's simulation training transformation, coordinating across multiple stakeholders including HTDs, HTX, and vendors to deliver a next-generation training system that will serve up to 18 satellite centres and support training for 13,000-14,000 officers annually by 2034. The position provides critical support to the AD (Capability Development) by managing the day-to-day complexities of capability development, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance while planning for long-term capability sustainability and technological advancement.
