Position Overview

Executive, Service Quality Job Purpose

The Executive for Training and Development will be responsible for the training and development of service excellence curriculums and courseware. This position will work closely with SMRT frontliners, Rail operations employees and Buses business unit.

Responsibilities
  • Design the learner's experience and journey, analyze appropriate learning delivery modes, and identify opportunities to integrate learning technology and systems.
  • Design and develop curriculums and courseware that are relevant, effective and maintain high standard of operational, technical and service excellence competencies.
  • Conduct Learning/Training aligned with stakeholders and organizational goals.
  • Design and develop digital learning resources for blended, self-directed and bite-sized learning.
  • Coach and mentor service champions with train the trainer programme.
