Position Overview

            Job Description  Ensure all relevant Quality Assurance Procedures and SOPs are always observed 
Liaise with the internal department stakeholders as well as sub-contractors both in-house and out of yard 
Lead and devise improvement initiatives for existing processes, policies and procedures 
Maintain a list of reliable sub-contractors to complement the organization workforce through: 
Screening and registration of new sub-contractors 
Revalidation of existing sub-contractors 
Post project evaluation of sub-contractors 
Ensure adequate information/ requirements are supplied for sub-contractors’ tenders 
Prepare commercial terms/ bid analysis and negotiate with sub-contractors, if necessary 
Ensure the coordination of all sub-contracting work for specific projects are in place 
Assist Project Management on claims assessment for original/ variation workscope, including compilation and ...
