**Role Overview**

Sodexo is seeking a **Strategic Executive Sourcer** to support enterprise-wide pipeline development for senior leadership roles (RVP and above) across our core business segments, including Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12 Schools, and Corporate Services. This is a **fully remote, one-year contract position** .

This role is dedicated to proactive executive talent mapping, pipeline creation, and market engagement – operating ahead of active searches to ensure ready-now talent pools aligned to business priorities.

You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition leadership, HR leadership, and segment executives to shape sourcing strategies, build competitive market intelligence, and deliver high-quality executive pipelines that accelerate and de-risk critical hires.
