The team at Prima Italian Steakhouse is looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic, team-oriented Executive Sous ChefΒ to help lead our fast paced & already acclaimed restaurant here in Charlestown.
Scope & General Purpose: The Executive Sous Chef will assist the Chef de Cuisine in ensuring that the restaurant upholds the highest standards of food quality and safety. The primary focuses of this role are to work with and guide cooks to produce an incredible product while also learning established Prima culinary systems. Precision, leadership, patience, resourcefulness, and a passion for and knowledge of food are essential elements to succeeding in this role.
Reports to: Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week, including nights & weekends.
