When you join our Hotels team, you will lead the kitchen alongside our Head Chef, bringing our culinary vision to life and delivering memorable experiences to every guest.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the correct preparation and presentation of all food items at a consistent level.
  • Ensure sanitation standards set forth by Hilton, local regulations, state health departments and maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization (HACCP).
  • Plan and develop menus considering product availability, service cost, marketing conditions and guest volume, while maintaining appropriate food portions per the hotel’s pricing policy.
  • Assign prices for menu items to achieve net profit for the food‑cost area and participate in menu design decisions.
