We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to help launch an exciting new chef-driven fine dining restaurant opening this fall. This key culinary leadership role will begin with several weeks of training at an established location in Denver before transitioning to Charlotte for the restaurant opening.

The Executive Sous Chef will partner closely with the Executive Chef to oversee all Back-of-House operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, operational efficiency, and an outstanding guest experience.
