Responsibilities

• OptimizeSupplyChainProcessesbydefiningprojectscopeandobjectiveswhichinvolveallrelevantstakeholders.
• ManageprojectsandexecuteprocessimprovementinitiativesaffectingfunctionsinOperationsandmayspanonacountryorregionalscale(e.g.ASEAN).
• Preparedetailedplanstotrackprojectperformanceandassuretimelycompletionandachievementofdeliverables
• Ensuredeploymentofcommonsolutionsacrossdivisionsandbusinessesandimplementbestpractices
• ServeasthemainpointofcontactbetweenZALORAandmultipleentitieswhichincludesgovernmentagenciesanddepartments.
• Assistthemanagerindevelopingoperationsperformanceandmetricsdashboard;monitorperformanceandimprovementinkeymetrics
