Budget & Operating Expenditure
Assist with the monitoring of fleet operational annual and long-term budget, focusing on cost control measures based on current and historical analysis and trends to ensure the ships are managed and operated cost effectively. Coordinate, execute and monitor fleet operational administrative matters involving processing of payments for services, expenses, supplies of consumable stores, spare parts for the smooth and efficient running of vessels. Assist to plan and arrange the surveys with the Classification Societies to ensure vessel’s compliance with all the mandatory, statutory/ classification requirement to enable vessel to operate worldwide.
