City Sprouts focuses on adaptive reuse of spaces, taking an Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach to sustainable community-driven development, drawing links from the community to the macro environment. Guided by ABCD, City Sprouts adaptively reuse spaces that are nestled in heartlands or near residential districts.
