Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating all truck movements into and out of the warehouse to ensure smooth traffic flow, correct bay allocation, on‑time loading and unloading, and timely vehicle departure. The role serves as the central control point between transporters, warehouse operations, security, and loading teams to minimize congestion, reduce turnaround time, and maintain safe and efficient dock operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Truck Coordination and Traffic Control
  • Coordinate the arrival, staging, docking, loading, unloading, and departure of all inbound and outbound trucks.
  • Direct incoming vehicles to the correct holding area, staging point, or loading/unloading bay based on operational priority.
  • Manage bay allocation to optimize dock utilization and prevent congestion.
