Lead and manage a Team of Stocktakers.Plan the Stocktake schedule, to complete within a year for the inventories residing in Changi and Tuas Naval Warehouse, as well as RSN Unit stocktakingCo-ordinate to Authority to generate the list of items for stocktaking every month basing on the schedules.Lead a Team of Stocktakers to create Stocktake PI in Authority System, Enterprise System (ES) and ensure PI interface / create in Warehouse Management System, WMS.Lead the Team of Stocktakers to perform physical count and enter count thru the WMS, as well as physical count at RSN Units/Ships.Monitor and ensure completed PI are interfaced / entered count in the ES.Liaise with Authority POC to generate the SD List (Discrepancies listing)...
