Position Overview

Job Description
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall management of the dormitory.
  • Monitors the briefing of house rules and regulations for newly registered workers.
  • Liaise with government authorities, statutory boards, and engineers for approvals related to building management, security, and maintenance.
  • Oversee and supervise the dormitory’s security team, maintenance team, cleaning personnel, and external service vendors.
  • Monitor and record check-in/check-out movements in the system with assistance from the Security Team.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies within the dormitory.
  • Report violations of dormitory house rules and file incident reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of workers’ worksites and companies.
  • Provide operational support during outbreaks or emergencies such as COVID-19.
  • Oversee and monitor meal catering services.
  • Perform other related duties...
