Role Summary

This position is responsible for advanced operational execution and monitoring of Voice services, including traffic analysis, first-line troubleshooting, routing validations, and account-level operational support. The role ensures stable service delivery by managing routine escalations, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and maintaining accuracy across operational platforms, dashboards, and records.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Monitor live Voice traffic to ensure service stability and adherence to daily operational quotas.
• Support routing configurations and follow approved routing designs.
• Perform regular system health checks and critical alarms to identify early indicators of potential issues.
• Proactive monitoring of network bandwidth usage.
