Responsibilities
β’ Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute full-funnel, digital-first
campaigns (awareness β conversion) across Meta, Google, YouTube, and
programmatic platforms, to drive awareness, engagement, and ticket conversions
β’ Content and Creative Management: Develop content independently and act as
custodian with creative and design teams to produce performance-led ad assets,
event listings, and social content that drive engagement and conversions
β’ Data & Optimization: Leverage audience insights, campaign analytics and ticketing
data to refine targeting, optimize spend efficiency and CPA to maximise ROAS
β’ Ticketing Operations & Conversion Management: Using in-house capabilities and
working with third-party ticketing platforms for inventory management, tracking, pixel
setup, and A/B testing to maximize reach and occupancy
