Job Title: Program Manager, Talent Mgmt

Responsible for owning strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects and programs that support the client's Talent & Organizational Development and Learning (OD&L) Center of Excellence. This includes development of the overall program strategy as well as tactically delivering on program objectives. The role will own end-to-end project, change, and budget management of assigned programs including development of KPI reporting, providing visibility of status, milestones, and performance across all projects related to Talent & Engagement. Reports to the Director of Talent & Engagement.
