Responsibilities:
He/she identifies and suggests suitable store locations according to the company's definitions and conditions. He/she negotiates the rental terms and conditions and prepares the contracts.
He/she decides on locations and offers from landlords which are not suitable to the company and has the authority to reject these.
He/she follows up the rent contract durations.
He/she ensures the extension of the rental contract or finds a new suitable store on time before the end of the contract duration.
He/she arranges for all legal authorization procedures related with the opening and operation of stores.
He/she arranges for good quality construction works according to the company´s construction manual.
