Order Prioritization – Monitor all WIP (Work‑In‑Progress) and prioritize based on OTD, customer urgency, and QTA/STD requirements.
Production Follow‑Up – Track job status across all processes (e.g., drilling, plating, routing, inspection).
Bottleneck Management – Identify constraints early (machine, manpower, material or quality issue(s)) and elevate immediately as pre‑alert to customers.
Daily Expediting – Physically walk the line to chase critical lots and ensure movement.
Data Tracing & Reporting – Maintain accurate WIP records and prepare daily/weekly OTD and status reports.
Cross‑Functional Coordination – Liaise with Production, QA, Engineering to resolve issues and ensure smooth flow.
