Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Translate research findings into clear insights, opportunity areas, and experience principles that guide strategy and design
• Lead iterative validation of concepts, prototypes, and experiences to test assumptions and reduce risk
• Synthesize user, market, data, and competitive inputs into coherent narratives that support decision making
• Collaborate with experience designers, strategists, and technologists to embed research throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Select and apply appropriate research methods, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and contextual inquiry
• Ensure research outputs are accessible, documented, and reusable across teams
• Advocate for user centered and evidence based decision making in customer engagements and internal initiatives
