Job Summary



The Avionics Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting and/or performing needed repairs to aircraft systems utilizing test equipment and hand tools to return aircraft to service per FAA and manufacturers specifications.
Duties & Responsibilities

+ Completes routine avionics installations and repairs on general aviation aircraft

+ Ensures proper care of customer property through all phases of work

+ Accurately completes required paperwork and work order details in Corridor

+ Continually keeps clean and organized work area including personal tool box

+ Meets or beats flat rates for assigned tasks

+ Understands and follows safety procedures, and utilizes support equipment in a safe manner to accomplish work

+ Responsible for completing training syllabus for advancement to next level

+ Performs other duties as directed
