Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake bread, rolls, pastries and other bakery products
- Measure, mix, mould, prove and bake dough according to recipes and standards.
- Operate ovens, mixers and bakery equipment safely
- Maintain product quality, freshness and presentation
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures
- Assist with stock rotation, ingredient preparation and general bakery cleaning
- Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
