Position Overview

The Position
 : Prepare and serve quality espresso coffee with consistency and care

Calibrate and maintain coffee machines and grinders for optimal performance

Operate a coffee bar including opening, closing, and cash handling

Provide a warm, friendly, and efficient service to all customers

Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards

Participate in stock rotation and stocktake when required
The Person:
Proven barista experience in a fast-paced environment

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and presentation standards

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Australian Citizen (Desirable but not required)

Must hold a National Police Check (NPC) within the last 3 months
