**Location**: Oslo
**Position**: 100% full-time
**Working hours**: Monday - Friday, daytime
**Requirements**:
Extensive experience in slaughterhouse/production with cutting of beef, lamb, and pork
Solid knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices
Good Norwegian or English knowledge is an absolute requirement
**Tasks**:
Carrying out slaughtering and/or meat-cutting in a professional and correct manner (beef and lamb)
Quality control and assurance
Compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Cooperation with other departments...
