Labourpower is currently recruiting for 5 EXPERIENCE PRODUCTION BUTCHERS to join a leading speciality meats manufacturer in Milperra.

Our client is a leader in the speciality small goods industry and is building their teams to meet demand. They are seeking reliable and experienced butchers who are looking for a long-term employment and career opportunities.

Hours: Monday to Friday 6:00am-4:00pm

To be successful for this role you will need;

• Bandsaw operation and advanced butchery duties
• Deboning, trimming and knife work
• Meat processing experience including mincing, mixing and weighing.
• Excellent employment history within the industry
• Strong understanding of HACCP, Food Safety and Hygiene guidelines
• Strong understanding of Workplace Health and Safety
• Experience working in temperature-controlled environments
• Stock receipt and dispatch
