Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, we are passionate about delivering authentic Mexican flavours and exceptional dining experiences. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum two years of experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen.

• Certificate III or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.

• Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Professional, organised, and reliable approach to food preparation.

• Understanding of dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy considerations.

• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, split shifts, and public holidays.
