About the Role

We are a growing deck and fence company looking for a highly skilled, dependable installer who takes pride in quality craftsmanship. This is not an entry-level role-we need someone who already knows the trade and can step in confidently, lead by example, and help train less experienced crew members.

If you're someone who enjoys building projects the right way, understands materials and layouts, and can work independently or lead a team, this is a strong opportunity with consistent work and room to grow.

What You'll Do

• Build and install a wide range of fencing:
  • Wood fencing
  • Vinyl fencing
  • Aluminum fencing
• Construct decks from layout to completion
• Read and interpret deck plans, drawings, and layouts accurately
• Work with:
  • Composite decking materials
  • PVC decking systems
  • Hidden fastener systems
