• At least 2 years of experience in the Umrah Travel Industry
• Hajj and Umrah sales experience is mandatory
• Knowledge of airline ticketing rules & regulations.
• Knowledge and expertise of airline fare structures.
• Fluency in English.
• Passionate about exceptional customer service.
• This is a Full-Time position
