The Load Controllers are responsible for performing all load control and flight functions on a shift by shift, flight by flight basis. 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the effective planning and preparation of all system and manual weight & balance documentation
• Liaising with customer airline staff to ensure adherence to policy and procedure
• Ensure the accuracy of passenger figures, baggage / cargo weight
• Responsible for the preparation and issuance of loading instruction reports to all ground handling staff
• Provide Centralised Load Control functions to client airlines
