As a Project Director, you will report directly to the Operations Vice-President and be accountable for all project operations. Your expertise in cost control, subcontractor management, and client negotiations will play a pivotal role in our mission to exceed community expectations while upholding quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all phases of project management and operations
• Conduct monthly profitability studies to assess performance
• Manage subcontractor contracts and ensure compliance
• Facilitate teamwork among project staff and professionals
• Guide the evaluation process for site personnel
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction Engineering
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the field
