Job :
The project manager is responsible for monitoring work within the framework of new construction projects and renovation and redevelopment projects of existing buildings.
1. Campus Development
Participate with the director in the supervision and coordination of technical studies and construction consultations, Ensure follow-up with the various stakeholders (Architect, OPC/BET, IGT, Laboratory, Companies...) as well as the UIR entities concerned by construction projects, Ensure monitoring, control and reporting of the progress of studies and works, Ensure compliance with deadlines, allocated costs, and the specifications of the tender documents, Participate in the administrative management of works with the Director,
