Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the administrative team
• Approve and manage team timecards in ADP
• Engage with stakeholders for feedback and improvements
• Conduct interviews and performance evaluations
• Ensure timely completion of complex projects
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years in office management roles
• High school diploma or GED essential
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
