2. Experience super-batch cooking dissolving pulp min 7 years
3. Understand process dissolving pulp from wood preparation to pulp dryer
4. Understand dissolving pulp process engineering control and parameter cooking, washing and screening and bleaching.
5. Understand dissolving pulp environment aspect and impact.
6. Back ground Chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or any field related. GPA min 3.0/4.0
7. Computer skill, MS Office, CAD, MS Project.
8. Fluently written and speaking in English
9. Strong Leadership decision making, planning and organizing, result orientation, team work, and resilience
