Develop and execute SiC dry etching processes and related project work
Lead the development of the manufacturing process flow for SiC power components related to dry etching modules. Solve quality issues promptly and ensure smooth manufacturing during ramp-up, pre-production, and production phases within your scope of responsibility
Monitor and follow up on the status of engineering processes for deviations. Implement appropriate corrective actions to resolve issues, analyze and summarize process data from engineering batches, and address relevant technical problems within your area
Understand product reliability requirements and testing methods, and be responsible for product reliability evaluation within your field of process expertise
Improve product yield and address major challenges within your scope of responsibility
