Process Development: Responsible for the development of SiC diffusion processes and the execution of project-related tasks.
Manufacturing: Lead the development of the manufacturing process for SiC power components related to diffusion process modules, promptly address quality issues, and ensure a smooth production flow during ramp-up, pre-production, and production phases.
Process Monitoring: Promptly review and follow up on the status of engineering processes in case of deviations within the scope of responsibility, initiate appropriate corrective actions to solve problems, analyze and summarize process data of engineering batches, and address relevant technical issues.
Product Reliability: Understand product reliability requirements and testing methods, and be responsible for the reliability evaluation of products within the own process area.
