IAMGOLD is hiring 2 local team members to support exciting gold exploration activities in the Chibougamau region. This six-month contract offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to drilling programs, geological mapping, and seasonal surveys, all while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Location: Chibougamau (Office) 533 Rte QC-167 S, Chibougamau, QC, G8P 2Y6 

As a Core Shack Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our exploration efforts. Your days will include receiving and processing drill core, preparing samples for assay, and maintaining a clean and organized core shack. There is also the possibility to assist with fieldwork, including mapping and prospecting, operating vehicles safely, and helping geologists with various tasks as needed.
