Summary You will serve as an EXPLOSIVE SAFETY SPECIALIST for the PACIFIC MISSILE RANGE FACILITY. Responsibilities You will plan, develop, organize, administer, evaluate, and coordinate a comprehensive explosives safety program for an installation and tenant activities. You will conduct explosives mishap investigations. You will review plans and specifications for new construction, building alterations, and/or changes in installation’s equipment and monitor project through completion to ensure compliance with safety codes and standards.
