Export Manager Junior – International & Co‑Packing Department, Barcelona.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and open new distributors in Europe and North Africa.
• Manage the end‑to‑end commercial process: contact, presentation, negotiation, and closure.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline with commercial discipline.
• Assist in defining international expansion plans.
• Analyze markets to detect growth opportunities and recommend actions (formats, channels, pricing).
• Monitor orders and coordinate with logistics and back‑office.
• Control results, cost breakdowns, and actively manage the P&L by customer/market.
