Position Overview

            a. Sales exports manager Focus with Africa experience Ideally in FMCG, disposables and foodstuff 
b.French speaker will be an advantage 
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for international markets. 
Identify and prioritize target markets and develop market-specific strategies to drive growth. 
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. 
Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. 
Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. 
Provide leadership and guidance to the export sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. 
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management on key metrics and KPIs.
