• Assist the sales team in processing orders, quotations, and contracts.
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and online platforms to handle inquiries and provide necessary support.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounting, production) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze data to support business strategies.
• Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows and marketing activities.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the sales manager.
