What You'll Do

• Lead short- to mid-term commercialization strategies for assigned brands.
• Drive product commercialization initiatives from development to launch.
• Provide input into pricing strategies and media planning.
• Monitor sales performance, market share, and business results.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner closely with Sales, Customer Marketing, and external agencies to ensure execution excellence.
• Manage regional and global projects while delivering business objectives across assigned markets.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 6–7 years of Brand Management experience within the FMCG industry.
