Position Overview
The primary responsibilities of this position will include team management and leadership, client portfolio management, relationship management, and engagement economics.
When participating in all stages of a financial statement and internal control audit, the individual is primarily responsible for comprehending the service delivery model and the range of services offered by the service delivery team they have been assigned, as well as how workflow is managed within the workflow management tool.
β’ Take part in coaching, training, and other chances for the designated team members to grow.
β’ Actively giving feedback to their immediate team members and other teams within the organization, and fostering a healthy work atmosphere by cultivating strong bonds with superiors and lower-level clients.
β’ Assume responsibility for the engagement portfolio, delegating tasks to team members and evaluating their work before it is finished and sent to clients.
