• Broad knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID products with deep understanding of Microsoft Entra ID External Identities, including:
• Microsoft Entra Business to Consumer (B2C) including custom policies
• Microsoft Entra Business to Business (B2B)
• Microsoft Entra for Customers
• Cross-Tenant Access Settings
• Cross-Tenant Access Synchronization
• Microsoft Entra ID P1
• Optional: Microsoft Entra Connect, Active Directory Federation Services, Microsoft Identity Manager
• Technical experience with hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, and technology management
