A leading Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential developments is seeking an experienced External Works Manager to oversee the delivery of all external packages across multiple projects within the business.

With a strong pipeline of secured residential schemes across Surrey, London and the wider M25 region, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional with strong experience in external works delivery.

The successful candidate will initially be based on a high-end residential development in Oxshott, taking responsibility for the coordination and management of all external works including drainage, utilities/services, hard landscaping and soft landscaping.
