As an HR Intern in our global team, you will assist in processing and managing employee requests for international remote working under the Work Abroad concept.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Support the initial evaluation of international remote work requests, assisting in the eligibility analysis against country-specific criteria.
- Assist as a point of contact for general inquiries from employees and managers regarding international remote work policies, processes, and protocols.
- Maintain and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the international remote work service.
- Ensure accurate documentation by archiving and organizing relevant files for each request to support audit trails.
- Support the Work Abroad team in continuous process improvement initiatives and the refinement of internal procedures.
