SUMMARY OF POSITION :


Basic scope assignments include set-up and operation of extrusion and other associated equipment. Has responsibility for quality of production.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
+ Make complete line set-ups on jobs from changes and specifications; set laser to specification of product to be run.
+ Operate line maintaining proper speeds, adjustments, traverses, and let-off brakes, etc. to ensure a quality product and production rates.
+ Perform frequent inspections of product, both visually and through the use of PI tape and calipers. Record product...
