**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am
**Pay Rate:** USD 23.95 /hr

**Position Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Extrusion Operator to set up, operate, and maintain extrusion equipment for high-quality silicone products, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.

**Key Qualifications:**

+ 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
+ High School Diploma or GED preferred
+ Mathematical and measuring proficiency
+ Ability to read, write, and follow work orders and specifications in English
+ Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to spot defects
