Position Overview
REQUIREMENT:
RSA ID and legal residence essential
Valid Driver's License essential
Minimum 3β5 years' experience managing a Food & Beverage Department within a 4-Star or 5-Star hotel or lodge
Minimum 10 years' experience within the hospitality industry preferred
Matric essential; tertiary hospitality qualification advantageous
Strong financial acumen with sound knowledge of budgeting, cost of sales, profit margins, and stock control
Banqueting and conferencing experience essential
Advanced knowledge of POS, stock control, and PMS systems (Opera, Symphony, Nebula, Apex, PlusPoint advantageous)
Excellent leadership, staff training, and people management skills
Strong computer literacy with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent organisational, reporting, and communication skills
Guest-centric, hands-on, and service-driven approach
